Schedueling
Booking an appointment with us is simple, but we ask that you provide enough information so we can prepare and create the best possible experience for you.
How to Book
Send us your tattoo idea (custom or flash)
Include placement and approximate size
Share any reference photos that will help us understand your vision
Provide your general availability
Let us know if you have any questions or special accommodations
What to Expect
We will respond with an estimate, session length, and deposit instructions
Please allow time for us to review your request — we take a limited number of clients per day to maintain a calm, focused environment
Booking is not confirmed until a deposit is received
Deposits
Deposits are required to secure your appointment and reflect the time, preparation, and design work dedicated to your tattoo. This ensures fairness to all clients and keeps our booking system professional and reliable.
Deposit Amount
50% of the total tattoo cost is required for all appointments
Full-day appointments (6 hours) = $600 + HST deposit
For multi-session tattoos, the deposit is applied to the final session
Deposit Policies
Deposits cannot be transferred to future appointments unless explicitly agreed
Deposits cannot be used toward gift cards
A one-time reschedule is included; additional reschedules may require a new deposit. Multi session projects: policy applies per session
Deposit Timeframe
Deposits are valid for 6–8 weeks from the date they are paid.
You must schedule or reschedule your appointment within this window.
Deposits cannot be held indefinitely and will be forfeited if an appointment is not booked in this time frame.
This policy helps maintain a reliable schedule and prevents clients from disappearing for extended periods.

Pricing
Our pricing reflects the time, skill, and care we put into every tattoo. Factoring in hourly rate accounts for from the beginning of your appointment time until the end of the session when the tattoo is finished.
Smaller pieces does not mean less time and less price, some smaller pieces are more difficult and require more detail to complete and that will reflect in your quote (ex: fine line and dot work may be more).
Standard Work
Hourly rate: $200/hr
Minimum: $200
Walk-In Wednesdays
Small tattoos (3”X2”) = $100
Full-Day Appointments
Standard full-day (6 hours) = $1,200
Deposits = 50% of total price, applied to the final session
May require multiple sessions
Estimated costs are provided after consultation
Deposits apply to the final session
Flash Tattoos
Flash designs are pre-drawn pieces we’d love to tattoo.
Hourly flash rate: Approx. $160-$170/hr (discounted to make it easy to get amazing designs you’ll enjoy).
Full-day flash projects (6 hours) = $1,000
Flash promotions cannot be combined with other discounts

One-Time Reschedule
Deposits cover a one-time reschedule with at least 72 hours notice.
Additional Reschedules
Any reschedules beyond the first may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellations & Emergencies
Life happens — illness, emergencies, or unexpected events are acknowledged.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits cover one reschedule; further cancellations or reschedules may result in forfeiture.

Lateness
Please arrive on time; session time is charged from the scheduled start.
Arriving 20 minutes late may result in loss of deposit, and we reserve the right to cancel your session.
No-Shows
No-shows result in forfeiture of deposit, and future bookings will require full payment upfront.
If an urgent situation prevents you from contacting us, please message us as soon as possible.
Change of Design
Minor adjustments can be made during your appointment.
Complete design changes require a new deposit, and the appointment will be rescheduled.
Cancellations & Reschedules

Designs & Artwork
We take pride in creating unique, custom tattoos that reflect your vision while respecting our style and expertise.
Small Designs
For smaller tattoos, the final design is presented at your appointment.
Minor tweaks (e.g. resizing, slight adjustments) are allowed at the appointment.
Major changes will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Large Designs / Multi-Session Projects
For larger tattoos, we schedule a design review before your appointment.
Clients may request one major revision and up to two minor tweaks during this review.
Major revision: significant changes like a different pose, style, or concept
Minor revision: small adjustments such as moving elements or resizing
At the appointment, clients may request minor adjustments only.
Any additional revisions beyond these limits may require a redraw fee or new deposit.
Deposits & Commitment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your design and appointment.
Deposits are applied to the final session and are non-refundable.
Deposits are valid for 6–8 weeks, and the appointment must be booked within this window.
Client Collaboration & Expectations
We ask clients to trust our expertise — we work best with creative freedom and minimal micromanagement.
Custom projects are welcome, but not all designs may be accepted.
Please communicate changes early; last-minute changes can affect workflow and scheduling.
For large projects, follow-up sessions should be booked within a reasonable timeframe.
Ensure you are comfortable with our style and have clearly communicated your design requirements before making a deposit.
TATTOO APPOINTMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Touch ups
Touch-ups are available after 4 weeks from your original tattoo.
A $50 setup fee applies for most touch-ups to cover equipment and artist time.
Touch-ups are intended to correct healing inconsistencies or issues from the tattooing process, not for normal fading or preference changes.
Multiple touch-ups beyond what’s necessary are generally not needed — we encourage you to enjoy the natural aging process of tattoos.
Please note: hands, feet, elbows, knees, neck, and wrists are high-movement areas that fade faster and are not included in standard touch-ups.
We will request photos of your healed tattoo before scheduling your touch-up appointment to assess the area and ensure proper care.
